Vibrant has established a formalized ESG policy and procedures that reaffirm our principles and guide our practices.
Vibrant has an ESG Committee that oversees ESG practices. The Committee comprise key leaders across the firm.
Vibrant employs a proprietary ESG rating methodology and technology systems that support investment due diligence, decision making, and monitoring.
Vibrant adheres to stewardship through active engagement aiming to effectuate changes in material ESG factors of credit issuers.
