Mr. Kurtas is the founder of Vibrant Capital Partners and serves as the firm's CEO and CIO. Since 2002, Mr. Kurtas has analyzed hundreds of CLOs focusing on junior and mezzanine tranches in the U.S. and Europe and developed strong relationships with leading investment banks, asset managers, investors and agencies. Prior to founding Vibrant Capital, he launched the New York-based structured credit portfolio management effort for the Active Credit Portfolio Management Group of HVB, as well as built and managed the bank's first CLO Equity portfolio. Prior to HVB, Mr. Kurtas was the Head of the Risk and Analytics Team at UNIQA Alternative Investments GmbH (UAI), a structured credit asset management firm based in Vienna. He was a member of the team that managed over $1bn CLO assets predominantly focused on Junior and Mezzanine CLO tranches and a sizeable portfolio of European assets; he was also responsible for all quantitative analysis of primary and secondary CLO deals. Mr. Kurtas developed quantitative and risk management models, reengineering tools, and managed various teams of quantitative and systems personnel in his previous roles. Mr. Kurtas holds a B.S. in physics from Bilkent University, Turkey, and has attended graduate studies in finance at Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna, Austria. He is currently based at Vibrant's ADGM office (located in Abu Dhabi, UAE).

Mr. Hilf oversees risk, technology and operations at Vibrant Capital Partners. He has 24 years of experience in portfolio management, financial modeling, and risk monitoring for credit instruments. Prior to co-founding Vibrant Capital, Mr. Hilf worked in the Active Credit Portfolio Management Department (ACPM) of HVB Group in the United States from 2000 to 2007. At HVB, Mr. Hilf was responsible for CSO investments, CDO model development, and all quantitative aspects of the active portfolio management of HVB New York's loan and structured credit portfolio. He was a representative of ACPM in HVB New York's loan investment committee. Mr. Hilf has done extensive modeling on CSOs and CLOs as well as established tools and methods to find relative value opportunities in the credit derivatives markets. Mr. Hilf further established HVB New York's internal loan transfer pricing model, worked on early warning tools for investment grade and leveraged loans, developed portfolio hedging models as well as improved the bank's RAROC model for credit investments. Mr. Hilf received a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the Technical University of Munich, Germany and attended graduate studies in Business Administration at the University of Hagen, Germany.

Mr. Darivoff serves as Chairman of the Board of the firm as well as the Board of the firm's parent company, Vibrant Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Darivoff has almost four decades of experience in Financial Services. Prior to Vibrant Capital Partners, he spent 27 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a pre-IPO general partner of the firm. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Darivoff was Chairman and Head of Credit Capital Markets and co-head of the Corporate Bond Department. He also was a member of the Structured Finance Capital Committee and the founding Director of the Office of Alumni Relations. He retired from Goldman Sachs in 2013. Mr. Darivoff graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and an MBA. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Arora is the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Vibrant Capital Partners. In this role, he oversees all investment-related activities with a focus on managing Vibrant's structured credit and special situations strategies. He is also involved in the build-out of the firm's new investment products and strategic business initiatives. Mr. Arora has been an active participant in the CLO market, investing across the capital structure. He led the workout of a large strategic portfolio of CLO equities during the Global Financial Crisis and has invested over $10bn in the asset class over the last 16 years. Mr. Arora has been with Vibrant Capital Partners since the early stages of the company. He received an M.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Courant School of Mathematics at New York University and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Ms. Cilka is the co-Chief Risk Officer and works closely with Chief Risk Officer to oversee and implement risk management across Vibrant Capital Partners' platform. Ms. Cilka has almost three decades of experience in portfolio and risk management, with the last two decades focused on structured credit. She joined Vibrant Capital in early 2007, shortly after the firm was founded. Until October 2020, she had been responsible for investments and portfolio management for various structured credit mandates. Previously, Ms. Cilka spent 10 years at HVB Group, where she worked initially in the controlling group responsible for credit and market risks of all business units of the bank; from 2006 onwards, she was part of the bank's Active Credit Portfolio Management Group in New York. Ms. Cilka holds a B.S. in Physics from University of Tirana, an M.B.A. from Pace University, and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Baruch College

Mr. Iwamoto is responsible for business development, marketing and client relations at Vibrant Capital Partners. He has more than 25 years of business development and relationship management experience in financial services. Prior to co-founding Vibrant Capital, Mr. Iwamoto spent nine years at Moody's KMV (Moody's Analytics) in San Francisco, where he worked on starting and growing its business in Asia. Prior to joining Moody's in 1998, Mr. Iwamoto worked at international trading companies both in Tokyo from 1991 to 1994 and in Los Angeles from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Iwamoto received a B.A. in Economics from Aoyamagakuin University in Tokyo and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Mr. Iwamoto holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a Certified Financial Risk Manager and a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

Mr. Nerguizian is responsible for business development, marketing, and client relationship activities at Vibrant Capital Partners. He also serves as Senior Executive Officer of Vibrant's ADGM office (based in Abu Dhabi, UAE). Mr. Nerguizian has 14 years of experience in the credit asset management and structured finance industries. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital in 2009, Mr. Nerguizian conducted several internships in the fields of commercial banking, wealth management, and debt capital markets, both in the United Arab Emirates and in New York, at firms such as Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, and Bank of Sharjah. Mr. Nerguizian received MBA degrees from Columbia Business and London Business School as well as Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Mr. Walsh is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and driving investment decisions for the Structured Credit Investment Team. He has 10 years of experience in credit analysis and trading. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital Partners, he worked at Citigroup in its Credit Correlation Trading and Structured Credit Strategy teams for about three years as well as interned as a Quantitative Trading & Analysis Summer Analyst. Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.S. in Mathematics.

Mr. Lim is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and driving investment decisions for the Structured Credit Investment Team. He has 12 years of experience in structured credit investing and research. Previously, Mr. Lim worked in the Structured Products Group at Oak Hill Advisors for almost two years, as part of a team that managed $2bn+ in CLO debt and equity investments. Prior to Oak Hill, he worked on the Securitized Products Research Team at Nomura Securities for six years, publishing research on CLOs and non-agency RMBS. Mr. Lim has an M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and a B.S. in Economics from Singapore Management University.

Mr. Cabral is a Managing Director and co-heads portfolio management for the Syndicated Credit team. He has 25 years of experience investing across the capital structure and in different asset classes. Prior to Vibrant Capital, Mr. Cabral had been a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at several long/short funds focused on fundamental investing across debt and equity, including Citadel and Emrys Partners with Steven Eisman, since 2011. Before that, he spent 3 years as a Senior Investing Analyst in the Bank Loan Distressed Investing Group at Goldman Sachs Co. Previously, he worked at GoldenTree Asset Asset Management as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager for 6 years. Mr. Cabral was trained as a financial analyst in the Merchant Banking Group of Bear, Stearns Co. Inc. Mr. Cabral holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Hyatt is a Managing Director and heads trading for the Syndicated Credit Investment team. He has been with Vibrant Capital Partners for 8 years with experience working across credit analysis, trading, capital markets, and CLO portfolio construction functions. In total, he has 19 years of experience in financial services, the majority of which are in corporate credit analysis-specific roles. Prior to Vibrant Capital, he worked at Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers primarily focusing on performing due diligence and credit analysis on new and existing transactions in addition to providing governance and accountability around the lending processes across each bank's investment banking platforms. He received a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Finance from Quinnipiac University.

Mr. Raymond is a Director and co-heads portfolio management for the Syndicated Credit team. He has 13 years of investment experience across asset classes. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, he was Director of Investments at Delaware Life Insurance Company, managing $12bn of assets comprised of high-yield loans and bonds, commercial real estate financing, and other structured assets (CLOs, CDOs, etc.). Before that, he worked at Guggenheim Investments as a credit analyst covering various sectors including Gaming, Leisure, Lodging, Business Services, and REITs/Real Estate. Mr. Raymond holds a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College.

Mr. Ross is a senior research analyst responsible for credit analysis of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and other credit-based securities for the Syndicated Credit Team. He has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, the majority of which were in corporate credit analysis-specific roles. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a credit analyst covering a wide range of industries. In addition to approving transactions, he was responsible for performing diligence and credit analysis on new and existing transactions. He received a B.S. (cum laude) in Finance and Economics from Fordham University.

Mr. Dugger is a research analyst responsible for credit analysis of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and other credit-based securities for the Syndicated Credit Team. He also focuses on special situations, including opportunistic credit investing and loan workout efforts for Vibrant-issued CLOs as well as Vibrant's flagship structured credit hedge fund. He has 13 years of corporate credit analysis experience, most formerly at Morgan Stanley as a High Yield/Leveraged Loan Desk Analyst as well as a Distressed Debt Analyst. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was an Investment Banking Senior Analyst and Associate at Alvarez & Marsal and Lazard with a focus on Restructuring Advisory. Mr. Dugger holds a B.S. in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rayant is a research analyst responsible for credit analysis of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and other credit-based securities for the Syndicated Credit team. He has 9 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, he was a Corporate and Investment Banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he structured, modeled, and executed investment grade and leveraged financings for corporations and financial sponsors. He previous interned in the Venture Debt Department at Silicon Valley Bank. Mr. Rayant holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Economics & Strategy, from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School.

Mr. Nieporte is responsible for trading for the Syndicated Credit Investment team. He has 9 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to Vibrant, he worked as a trader at Octagon Credit Investors where he focused on trading leveraged loans and high-yield bonds, while working closely with the Portfolio Management and Investment teams. Mr. Nieporte received a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Philosophy from Fordham University, where he also played four years of varsity golf, acting as Team Captain in his senior year. 

Ms. Manoukian is a research analyst responsible for credit analysis of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and other credit-based securities for the Syndicated Credit team. She has 10 years of experience in credit analysis. Prior to joining Vibrant, Ms. Manoukian was a senior associate at Medley Management. She began her career at Citibank within the Syndicated and Leveraged Lending group. Ms. Manoukian graduated with a B.S. from Cornell University with a concentration in Finance within the School of Hotel Administration.

Mr. Ohri is a research analyst responsible for credit analysis of leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and other credit-based securities for the Leveraged Credit Team. He has 7 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, he was a High Yield Credit Research Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he performed credit analysis and published weekly reports on a diverse portfolio of high yield and distressed issuers. Prior to Bank of America, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Ohri holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Purdue University and a B.S. in Mathematics from Bilkent University. Prior to working in finance, he spent 5 years in academia teaching and conducting research in Model Theory.

Mr. Iwamoto is responsible for business development, marketing and client relations at Vibrant Capital Partners. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, she was a Portfolio Analyst at AlpInvest Partners, a subsidiary of The Carlyle Group, where she focused on portfolio analysis, investor relations, and marketing. She previously worked at BlackRock as a Client Solutions Analyst, providing relationship management, client services, and portfolio analysis for institutional clients on BlackRock's Aladdin platform. Ms. Fan holds a B.S. in Economics and a concentration in Finance from Duke University.

Ms. Liao is responsible for business development, marketing, and client relations at Vibrant Capital Partners. Prior to joining Vibrant, she was part of the Financial Planning and Analysis Team at Antares Capital, where she focused on long-term strategic planning and financial modelling for establishment and growth of new businesses and product lines. She previously worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP providing financial statement audits for asset management clients. Ms. Liao holds an M.S. and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Ms. Kallicharran directs the firm's syndicated credit operations. Ms. Kallicharran has approximately three decades of experience in portfolio administration and operations in leveraged and structured finance. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, she spent six years as the Senior Portfolio Administrator at Kingsland Capital, where she was responsible for bond and loan administration of five CLOs with total AUM of $2.1bn. Her responsibilities included compliance reporting and duties as relationship manager on three CLO funds. Prior to joining Kingsland, Ms. Kallicharran was a Portfolio Administrator at Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG (HVB Group) in the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Department, and a Fund Administrator with HVB Credit Advisors LLC for four years, where she was mainly responsible for the administration of two CLO funds. Prior to HVB Group, Ms. Kallicharran was a Portfolio Administrator in the Leveraged and Structured Finance Department of The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. Ms. Kallicharran received a diploma in Economics, English Literature and Geography from Queens College, Georgetown, Guyana.

Ms. Kondo is responsible for the firm's structured credit operations including operational aspects related to risk and fund reporting. She has 16 years of experience in structured credit operations. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, Ms. Kondo worked as a representative analyst and subsequently as a technical specialist at the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) in Philadelphia from 2005 to 2007. Prior to ECFMG, Ms. Kondo worked as a Software Engineer at Siemens AG, in Vienna, Austria, for more than 10 years. Before her role at Siemens AG, Ms. Kondo worked as a physicist in the radiometry department of the Nuclear Physics Institute in Tirana, Albania, for 13 years. Ms. Kondo received a Diploma in Physics from the University of Tirana, Albania

Mr. Chung holds investment and technology roles at Vibrant Capital Partners. He brings 24 years of technology and financial experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chung worked at One William Street as CLO Quantitative Analyst building analytics and models for various CLO investment strategies. Prior to this role, Mr. Chung was a director at The Blackstone Group, where he was tasked with building the firm's next generation of investment management systems. Prior to starting his career in financial services, Mr. Chung worked in legal, healthcare, and broadcasting industries and held roles in technology leadership from software architect to technical leads. Mr. Chung received a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from The State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Huang is a Vice President within the Syndicated Credit Operations Group. He has approximately three decades of experience in operations. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, Mr. Huang worked at Deutsche Bank where he served as a VP in the Bank Loan Services group within Global Transaction Banking; he also worked as an Operations AVP supporting the High Yield Strategies / Specialty Fixed Income group within Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management. Mr. Huang started his career in Credit Services at Bank of America. He received an MBA in International Business Management from the City University of New York, Baruch College, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Ms. Saraguro is responsible for corporate accounting, reporting directly to the COO. She also assists Vibrant Capital's senior management in various capacities. Ms. Saraguro holds a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University.

Mr. Felsher is a Vice President within Compliance responsible of maintaining and enhancing policies and procedures, conducting compliance testing, reviewing marketing materials, and managing the firm's regulatory filing processes. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, he spent over 3 years in a compliance role at Family Management Corp (FMC), a Registered Investment Adviser serving families and high net worth individuals. Prior to FMC, Mr. Felsher served as an operations specialist at USI Consulting Group, a premier provider of defined contribution and defined benefit plan consulting. Mr. Felsher received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Ms. De Feo is responsible for office management and executive administration duties for Vibrant Capital's senior leadership. She has 15 years of experience in administrative support in various industries including finance and consumer products. Ms. De Feo holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Louisiana College.

Mr. Gumus is responsible for developing the firm's proprietary systems and other technology projects by applying the latest data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning techniques to finance. Mr. Gumus has 24 years of experience working in various capacities in technology and developing decision support systems. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, he worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Cox Enterprises and Verizon Communications. Previously, he also served as a senior management consultant at Peppers & Rogers Consulting as well as Managing Partner & CTO at Turkline Digital Web Agency, working with large finance and telecommunications companies on various technology projects. Mr. Gumus completed studies towards a PhD program at Northeastern University and holds an M.B.A. from Babson College, an M.S. in Operations Research and Computer Software Engineering from Northeastern University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey.

Mr. Chung holds investment and technology roles at Vibrant Capital Partners. He brings 22 years of technology and financial experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chung worked at One William Street as CLO Quantitative Analyst building analytics and models for various CLO investment strategies. Prior to this role, Mr. Chung was a director at The Blackstone Group, where he was tasked with building the firm's next generation of investment management systems. Prior to starting his career in financial services, Mr. Chung worked in legal, healthcare, and broadcasting industries and held roles in technology leadership from software architect to technical leads. Mr. Chung received a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from The State University of New York at Buffalo.

Ms. Kurtas is responsible for overseeing the technology projects at the firm and managing the firm's technology initiatives. She has 25 years of experience in design and development of organizational capacity development tools and applications. Ms. Kurtas started her career as a software programmer in London in 1998 and continued her work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising and leading, Instructional Technology projects at various prestigious organizations in USA and Europe. Ms Kurtas also worked as a research assistant at the Department of Organization & Leadership, TC, Columbia University, The research was funded by Booz Allen Hamilton. Ms. Kurtas holds an MSc. in Electronic Commerce from School of Information Science & Engineering, Middlesex University in London, and an MA in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University in New York. Ms Kurtas achieved a BSc. in Information Systems and Management from Birkbeck College, University of London, after completing the preparatory year in English at Bogazici University in Turkey.

Ms. Yan is responsible for developing proprietary systems as well as data processing and visualization efforts. She has 8 years of experience in technology development and is proficient in various programming languages and database systems. Prior to joining Vibrant Capital, she participated in various computer science-related projects and competitions, including claiming third place in 2016 CodeGS, an annual hackathon sponsored by Goldman Sachs. Ms. Cui holds an M.S. in Computer Science from New York University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tongji University in China.
